Will we ever see the end of it?  At least we know that it hits us all!
"He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous." (Mt. 5:45)

The rain it falleth equally
Upon the just and unjust fella.
But more upon the just because
The unjust hath the just's umbrella.
I like it, I like it!
Sounds awful familiar _and_ I have to head for central Scotland today!

There are holes in the sky
Where the rain gets in.
But they're ever so small,
That's why rain is thin

Spike Milligan
Happy travelling in Scotland.
Don't forget the umbrella!
I feel like we've been lucky where we are - it's only been constant rain without actually flooding us/anywhere nearby.

I have a raincoat, I'm OK, which is more than a lot of people can say.

I love the poem/image though.
Yes, I suppose we have a lot to be thankful for.
I just keep telling myself I get sunburn but I don't rust, so walking in the rain is fine, sitting outside reading a book can lead to damage.

Sometimes it even works :-)
I love the poem! Very apt.
