When the Saints . . .

marching inToday we remember all the saints . . .  those we knew and those we didn't.

Oh, when the saints go marching in
Oh, when the saints go marching in
Lord, how I want to be in that number
When the saints go marching in.

Louis Armstrong:

Oh dear! I do hope there won't be too much marching; I'm not sure I could keep it up, although, presumably my earthly ills will have been made better. Or will that only happen AFTER I've marched in? Or will they let me have a disability scooter?

That's always assuming I don't end up in the other place, but a very wise old priest once told me that we do indeed believe there is a Hell, but we don't have to believe there's anyone in it.
I think the scooter would be priceless!

Love Louie's version of that song, too.

Happy All Souls Day.
AND THE SAME TO YOU. I'm sure they will have some system ready for us.
I'm sure you'll be fine - marching or no marching! Won't it be great to meet all our old friends? Meantime keep up the prayers.
I'd enjoy seeing the saints in that painting boogying down to "When the saints go marching in!" It would loosen them up a lot!
I like it!
